Korean Festival and Fun at Home

Nathan stole Sean’s glasses and put them on this week. Yup! He’s going to be a nerd! A pretty cute one though…

Here he is on his jungle gym…

His favorite toy is the zebra on the swing. When you push down the head, it wiggles the beads in the bottom of it.

He’ll sit there and stare at it until you push it down again.

When you do push it, he gets so excited. He’ll kick his legs, wave his arms, and coo.

Here we are at the Korean Festival. One of our friends is the president of the Korean club and they put on this fundraiser. They had a whole bunch of booth activities where you could win tickets to get prizes. It was a lot of fun.

Here is Nathan doing archery! He actually hit the smallest target and won 3 tickets! He chose some chopsticks as his prize…

After the booths, they put on a concert. They had traditional drumming, tae kwon doe, a magician, a rock band and some other things. We didn’t get to stay for the whole thing because it was getting too late. The magician was really good. It was really cool to see how he could handle the cards so smoothly.

It was finally 50 outside yesterday so we took Nathan to the Duck Pond. I think he really enjoyed that too.
