Dan's First Birthday!

Happy Birthday Dan! It was his first birthday this past week.

He couldn’t quite believe that the presents were his. That he got to open them.

Here is a ball for church. It attaches to the ankle, so when he throws it, it doesn’t get to far away and comes back.

And Strawberry milk, his favorite! Dan would open a present and then carry whatever was inside around for a while, proudly showing everyone. Then, he would go back and tear up the tissue paper. After that, he would move onto the next present.

Here is Dan’s cake! I let him chose the frosting at the store. He picked the bright blue that came with fish sprinkles. I cut the letters out of airheads. Nathan helped me with the sprinkles, Swedish fish, and letters.

So much anticipation!
